How many days prior to my trip shall I book the package? 

For holiday packages and custom-made tours, we strongly recommend you to book it at least 1Month prior to the travel date. For larger groups we would request you to book the package 1-2months prior to your trip. This enables us to provide the best of our services. We also accept instant booking but they are subject to availability.

I have done the payment, now when can I expect by my travel vouchers? 
TIMECRAFTZ Executive takes 1 hr-24hrs to do the needful arrangements and issue the Booking Voucher.

What does my travel voucher includes?
Our Booking Voucher is all in one document which consists of invoice Number, confirmed accommodation details, transport details, service contact numbers, etc.

What Documents shall I carry during my trip???
Documents like booking Voucher/ confirmation Letter, & ID Proof must be carried by the customers during their trip.

What if one of my scheduled activities is cancelled due to weather conditions? 
In the event that a scheduled activity during your stay is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will offer alternatives (if possible) at no additional costs or may reschedule your itinerary.

I want to cancel my trip, How can I do it?? Do I need to pay any cancellation charges??
To cancel your trip just send a cancellation mail or have a telecom with your concerned sales executive with whom you have confirmed the package earlier. As a cancellation charge the advance amount will be non-refundable. 

Will I get refund if I don’t use any of my booked services during the tour??

Unfortunately No. In case you have not utilized any of your pre-booked services like Transport, Meals, Stay etc we shall not be responsible for it. No refunds are made for un-availed services.

What kind of hotels does TIMECRAFTZ Provide?
Depending on your desired destination, hotel amenities, budget etc, we have all sort of hotels/resorts/motels, ranging from economic to 5 * hotels. In case you if you have any particular hotel in your mind you may acknowledge us the name of hotel and we ll get it booked for you.

How do we categorize Hotels situated in Hill Station???
Unlike Hotels in metropolitan Cities, hotels in Hill Station can’t be categorized as 1*, 2*, 3* etc due to geographical Features. Hotels in Hill Station are distinguished on the basis of Location, Room Space, Services, and Amenities& Room Tariff.

What is the difference in room categories?
Every hotel has different room categories, all featuring the same standard amenities such as door to door carpet/wooden floors, TV, telephone, hot & Cold Running Water in a bathroom. The difference in each room categories lies in room size, the views, floor plan, and some other additional amenities for extra comfort.

What is the time of check-in and check-out in the hotels?
The Standard time of check in / Checkout is 12 noon. However, there can be few exceptions depending on the hotels and destinations.

What is the Early Check in & Late Checkout Policy?

Early Check in and checkout are subject to availability and extracts extra cost depending on the hotel policies. In case of guaranteed early check in, reservation is ought to be made from the previous night of check in.

Are Heater charges included in hotels on hill station??
No. The heater charges are never included in the hotel room tariff until unless specified by the hotelier. The reason behind it’s exclusion is that the rates of heater and it’s use varies from hotel to hotel and a request need to placed in hotel’s reception for the same.

Describe the age criteria for considering a person as an adult or a child?
A Person below 12 Years is considered as Child whereas above 12 years its adult

What does EP, CP, MAP, AP stand for??
They signify the type of stay and number of meals provided in the hotel.

EP (European plan) refers to the accommodation without any meals.

CP (Continental Plan): Refers to the Accommodation in which Bed & Breakfast is included.

MAP (Modified American plan): Refers to the Accommodation in which Bed, Breakfast & Lunch or Dinner is included.

AP (American plan): It is full board accommodation which means stay with Bed, Breakfast, Lunch& Dinner.

What are the common terms used in hotel Industry??

Single Occupancy   Single Person occupying 1 Room

Double Occupancy   2 persons occupying 1 double bed &  sharing 1 Room

Triple Sharing 3 persons occupying 1 triple /double bed/ 1 DBL Bed with 1 extra bed & shares 1 Room 

Quad Sharing 4 persons occupying 1 Room with either 1 or 2 extra bed.

Twin Sharing     In twin sharing two single beds (Twin beds) are accommodated and 2 persons shares one room. (Do not get confuse and mix the term with Double Occupancy) 

Buffet System It’s a eating system arranged In hotel’s Restaurant in which guests can eat unlimitedly. All the dishes are placed on the counter and guests are supposed to serve themselves .

Al-carte (Room Service) It is generally a room service in which guests can choose their preferred dishes from the fixed menu card in room.

F&B (Food & Beverages) It refers to the Food & beverages consumed during the stay in hotel.

DND It’s is full form is Do Not Disturb and this sign is used outside the rooms doors to avoid any distraction during the important work.

PPPN /PNPR Per person per night / per room per night

Inventory It refers to the number of vacant rooms available for check in. 

What type of food systems are there in a hotel??

Al-carte: It is generally a room service in which guests can choose their preferred dishes from the menu card in room. In case you have booked the stay on CP or MAP basis, the food items is to choose from fixed menu only. This menu may differ from hotel to hotel but generally the below items will be mentioned in the in menu card.

Breakfast: Tea / coffee with Bread toast/ Omelet/Stuffed Paranthas with curd or Pickle/Pav Bhaji or similar
Dinner: Special Thali /Chapattis, Rice, Dal, Paneer Item, Mix Veg, Raita/Salad, Pappar, Desert similar
Buffet: It’s an eating system arranged in hotel’s Restaurant in which guests can eat unlimitedly. All the dishes are placed on the counter and guests are supposed to serve themselves.

The menu of buffet is almost same as al-carte fixed menu but with options of more dishes:

Breakfast: Tea / coffee with Bread toast/Bread Jam/ Omelette/Stuffed Paranthas with curd or Pickle/Pav Bhaji or similar

How many days prior to my stay shall I book my hotel? 

As soon as you like the hotel and we suggest you to book that time only as it follows first come first serve basis .The inventory of hotels changes every day and the hotel rooms which is available today might not be available tomorrow.

How can I pay for my booking amount? 
As per Customers Convenience, They May choose any of the following options:
Cash in Bank or in our Offices, NEFT, Cheque, Online Transaction from our Website (www. Bharatbooking.com/beta) through credit Card/Debit Card/ Master Card/NEFT without adding.

Minimum, how much advance I need to pay to confirm the hotel??
The necessary amount for booking will be 100 % to confirm the hotel.

At the time of check in what documents do I need to show???

Can I make amendments after confirming my hotel??
Yes, we accept amendments after confirmation too. The terms & conditions for the same are mentioned below:

Amendments need to be made 7 days prior to the journey as after that we will not be in situation to accept them .

Any extra cost arising due to these amendments will be beared by you only.

The required amendments can only be done after considering various conditions like: availability, travel dates, cost etc.

In case of hotel change, the cancellation charges of previous booking will be applicable and for fresh booking, desired 100% must be submitted.

I want to cancel my stay, How can I do it?? Do I need to pay any cancellation charges??

In order to cancel your stay kindly contact us on our 24/7 service numbers and email us for the same.  Yes you have to bear the cancellation charges along with transaction & service charges of TIMECRAFTZ.

What type of Transport does TIMECRAFTZ provide??
We provide all sorts of cabs, luxurious coaches & Volvo (s) for all the major destinations of India.

How does TIMECRAFTZ ensure that I get smooth land transportation??
We keep on renewing our cabs after every 2 years to ensure their smooth working throughout your tour. In addition to that our drivers are well trained, punctual and friendly.

What are the facilities available in Volvos??
The Volvos we offer are Hi-Tech, Air-Conditioned, Semi Sleeper, have Pushback seats & Thigh rest, choice of Common/Personal LCD and are Wi-Fi enabled.  Along with these amenities we also provide Mineral Water Bottles & Blankets to keep you cozy during your long journey.

Can we make special requirement for English or any third language speaking drivers?
Yes of course we can arrange multi-lingual drivers for our customers (you just need to make a special requirement for it)

Do we have same costing system in Hill stations & Plains for transport?

The transport criteria are different in hill stations than in plains. The cabs in plains cost as per kilometer running whereas in hill station it depends on route, tourist places and days.

Can I use the cab as I wish to or is there any restrictions??

The cab will be used in respect to the dealings made with us. If the dealing is for a fixed schedule, the cab will be used as per instructions mentioned in the itinerary and extra cost will be levied for additional use.

However if you have hired the cab on disposable basis that you can use it as you wish. However the rates on disposable cabs are higher than schedule ones.

Why A/C is not used in Hill Stations?
The weather in hill station is quite pleasant and normally A/C is not required. Apart from that, the  driver prefer to save the power of engine while climbing up the hills routes by turning off  the A/C to avoid any technical failures.

Does my cab transportation include taxes, parking etc??
The land transport will include all the taxes, Parking fee, Driver & Fuel Expense.

How many days prior to my stay shall I book my transport? 
For Cab services we recommend to book it at least 20 days prior to your journey.  In case of Volvos it’s advisable to book it as soon possible to get your preferred seat arrangement.

Minimum, how much advance I need to pay to confirm the transport??
We accept 100 % as advance for land Transport confirmation.

Your flight booking include every fare rule charges, fuel charges, service charges etc apart from the additional luggage ones.

What things to keep in mind while booking the flights??

Every detailed filled by you while booking must be correct as E-Ticket will be generated as per feed data. The customer must fill the form with the same spelling and name of each passenger as in ID proof while booking domestic flights. In international flight booking scenario, the exact spelling and name must be feed as in Passport. Apart from that the dates, no of travelers etc must be accurate too as after that amendments can’t be made.

What are the prohibited items one must not carry during flights??
The security restricts the boarding if they suspect any prohibited items carried in the airport. All flights prohibit the carrying of weapons/ harmful metals, certain medications and food etc. Kindly refer to the website of the flights for the same.

What are the luggage boundations for flights??
Domestic flight sallow 1 hand bag and 1 Carrier bag upto 5-8 kg per person for free. And in case of international flights 1 carrier bag up to 10 kg and 1 handbag is allowed without any charges. The additional luggage will cost extra as per flight rules.

What are the standard time of check in /reporting for flights??
For domestic flights you need to report 90 minutes prior to the departure and for international we recommend you to report 2 hours before departure to avoid any inconvenience.

The bookings of flights can vary from 48 hrs-12 months. Since flight rates fluctuate every day, the more earlier you book better discount and availability you get.
